the world of caelum
The World of Caelum is the realm of BMR Williams’s fantasy. This place, ever expanding, has been a work in progress for the last 7 years and features hundreds of characters and stories across multiple timelines in an ever growing universe. Having begun his work digitally, BMR William’s turned to writing his stories by hand in 2015, resulting in what is now nearly 10,000 pages worth of journals stacked upon book shelves. This section intends to only give a brief summary of his world as a whole.
creation
The World of Caelum is but one physical realm of three within Aradora, the universe begat from Spirtuar, the spirit lands. In this realm there is located the planet Amaria, the home to most of BMR William’s tales.
From the five trees come the Sinvatoem, celestial gods who progenerate the stars and worlds within the physical realms. These star like beings take the form of a wolf, dragon, deer, tiger, and bear. Each is capable of assembling existence with their individual power.
Birthed from the trees upon the command of the Shepherd, the Sinvatoem populate space in uncountable numbers, lighting the skies in the beauteous arrays and magnificence of creation. They are the the components which make up the physical dimension.
However, though once numerous, within Aradora there remains only five, for the others were destroyed. These five are named Wolfgar, Sanguinem, Ofra, Octavious, and Algernon.
Shown is the Yuritan Ring, representing the five Yuritar, or Sinvatoem.
Wolfgar, the wolf, is known to be the leader of the five. His power allows him to bind together the work of his kindred. He is the force that pulls the world together.
Ofra, the deer, is responsible for bringing water to the worlds. Though not depicted, is he thought to have two pairs of ears that allow him to hear all that plays out within Aradora.
Algernon, the bear, is the bringer of earth. Thought to have an attitude, he is the creator of conflict amongst the five.
Octavious, the tiger, brings the winds to the worlds with his breath. He is too gifted above the other five, having the capabilities of seeing past, present, and future simultaneously.
Sanguinem, the dragon, is the wielder of fire and life. From his voice comes flames that bring light into Aradora. Though misunderstood, Sanguinem’s powers were thought to be primarily destructive in nature, which lead to his ousting.
The story of the Yuritar, which provides all of the information needed to know about the five deities, has yet to be released to the public. The Yuritar, or Sinvatoem, though without gender in nature, are often described as being male.
the world
The planet of Amaria is home to 5 great lands, and one which has sunk beneath the ocean. These are Mur to the East, Esmar to the West, and Maw to the south. To the North one may come upon Sonvoria, a mysterious land which sits at the planet’s crown. On the other half of Amaria exists a the great expansive land of Llothengrauhndiel, said to be so vast that it can fit the the other four continents within its coasts.
Today, most of the tales upon Amaria are set within the shattered continent of Esmarran, which makes up Mur, Maw, and Esmar.
Amaria, unlike our own world, has 5 seasons. The fifth season, Eelun, is positioned between Fall and winter. This time of year is said to be the most beautiful on Amaria, as its night skies are brightest and beauteously lit by the cosmos arranged above. Due to the three moons of the planet, this season becomes festooned with a special flower which feeds off the light from celestial bodies. The three moons, mysterious in their nature and purpose, are named by Ashlar, Eshmond, and Elmosh.
Created by something other than the Sinvatoem, Amaria is a mysterious word existing within the realm of Aradora before the awakening of the five Yuritar. It’s sun, created by Wolfgar and Sanguinem, is called Uyrza, and is responsible for bringing light onto the planet.
Upon Amaria exists many creatures, the oldest of which are named the Ancients. These beasts surpass their kin in power, and are many times the size of their normal kin. They are seen as rulers of the animal kingdom, and are thus respected as such.
Due to Sanguinem’s breath cast upon the world, Amaria thrives with beings wrought from the elements. These creatures, known as the Eltaru, would be hunted to near extinction by the Ashentar, eight gods brought upon Amaria by the white flame stolen from Sanguinem.
races
Populating Amaria are many races, each one bearing distinct and unique traits. The three main being the Elmur, Arugai, and Anwyr. Today, only the Elmur have found their way into BMR William’s published works, though the Arugai can be found in his unreleased novel, Ereth’s Journey.
The Elmur are the oldest of the mortal races upon Amaria. Though their origin has yet to be revealed, it is believed they were created by the Ashentar, or more specifically, Malamaria of the Ar’A’Fa.
Once born winged, the Elmur are akin to man, and bear no striking differences from humans. Born of the white flame, they bear the bodies of creators, separating them from beast kind. Having been begat onto the world without a known reason, the Elmur sought whom they called gods for guidance. Thus the Ashentar, after having labored long slaying the Eltaru, showed them how to build, farm, and write. With their presence, their goddess Malamaria banished many things with the hope of keeping them safe. So, Malamaria bade the Elmur to never leave Maw (until the great departure), and forbade her brethren from teaching them magic.
However, not all of the Ashentar agreed with Malamaria, which resulted in Mortan and Halgran of the Ar’A’Fa leaving them. Rather than stay with their brothers and sisters, Mortan and Halgran retired to two towers built to watch the gates of Harangour.
The Elmur would remain under the guidance of the Ashentar, until their gods retired to the Sanctum Sanctorum, an earthed building built within the mountains surrounding the ancient city of Manoria.
From the Elmur come a race called Vasmur, though what differentiates them is rooted in history, rather than biological or genetic differences.
The other two main races of Amaria, the Arugai and Anwyr, have not been publicly released in any published story so far. Their existence does not come until the Third Era, a time period marked by the birth of Malamaria’s three sons.
